Does the admit letter list your major for L/S?

<p>I applied to Econ, but the page simply says:</p>

<p>Your application for freshman admission to the College of Letters and Sciences has been approved for Fall 2006. We welcome you to join us at Berkeley!</p>

<p>Did I not get into the major? Is it one I have to apply later? Is this just typical of all L/S majors at Berkeley? What's the deal?</p>

<p>L&S don't care much about majors since most kids change it 2-3 times...</p>

<p>Everyone in L&S is undeclared when admitted. You declare your major once you've completed the lower-div prerequisites (or most of them).</p>
