Does the BB version matter?

I bought my BB like 2 years ago and it's been collecting dust ever since. Only recently did I take it out and start studying.

I noticed that my cover simply says "The official sat study guide". Nothing about the "new" sat. The new BB appears to have the words "For the NEW SAT!" on the cover.

Is it worth cashing in for the new book? Are the types of questions asked on the older version oudated and not asked anymore on the recent SAT's?

I plan on using the xiggi method (which, please correct me if I'm wrong, is simply taking the practice tests and going over it?).

Here are pictures of the cover if you're going wth right now.

My book: Amazon.com: The Official SAT Study Guide: The College Board

The "new" book: Customer Image Gallery for The Official SAT Study Guide

Odd, my book looks like neither fo those. Anywho, I’m pretty sure they are the same. There’s only two copies AFAIK (I think only the cover is different for others) which are the “The 10 Real SATs” and “The Official SAT Study Guide”. Soon three (One coming out this summer).

Mine looks exactly like your version. I believe they are exactly the same books, just with different covers to show off their “#1 Best Seller.”
