Does the Dean's Scholarship remain if I switch schools?

I was accepted to the College of Social Sciences and Humanities with a Dean’s Scholarship. Theoretically, If I were to switch to another school within the university would I still receive the scholarship? The scholarship guidelines didn’t really mention anything on this topic so I wanted to confirm.
