I just realized that I had mistakenly understood wrongly that the limit is 50 words instead of the minimum word count is 50 words. So does it hurt if I didn’t put as much information as I could have?
Honestly the range was only about 50 - 150 words so I don’t think it will make that much of a difference one way or another. So that’s not a lot of words to begin with and my personal application for that section felt too condensed as well.
Thanks for the input. It’s just that I wrote a lot and quite well on my main and supp essay that I was kinda worried that I didn’t put enough info on the EC essay. However, my interviewer did ask a lot about that EC so I guess they asked the interviewer to ask me to elaborate on that?
Maybe. I know the interviewers send evaluations/reports back to Harvard so I feel like it would get covered. Honestly, I don’t think that your acceptance/rejection would hinge on just that part since that is much smaller than other sections like the main CA essay
True, it is holistic after all. Hopefully, it won’t matter that much. After all, there was a guy who got accepted to Yale despite him accidentally wrote “clam fart”.
Lol did he really. That’s funny. Yeah, at this point, all we can do is hope and cross our fingers
True. Alright, thanks for the input. Best of luck to you too!
