Does this count as an Honor/Award?

<p>Hello there,
I am debating on whether or not to include placing in a state-wide stock portfolio competition at a university. I was like 9th place out of 20 top schools, which isn't good to me, but in the Honors Section I would put something like "placed in a state-wide stock portfolio competition against twenty top schools in NJ/NY." (leaving out the actual # place) Good idea or no? </p>
