does this hold any admission clout?

<p>I was part of an FTC(first tech challenge) robotics team that won 2nd at the world FTC Competition in St.Louis last year(FTC is quite a major thing too, teams from Asia, and Europe, etc..were there). And we have always placed in the top 100 when we go.</p>

<p>Will admissions officers pay any attention to this, engineering colleges like MIT especially.</p>

<p>We competed in FRC this year and winning in St Louis is huge. Don’t hesitate to build your story around it and talk about how it felt, what your experience was, and highlight your other tournaments/accomplishments.</p>
