I got an email saying that “The University of Chicago has begun processing your application for financial aid” and they’re asking me to send in some forms I haven’t submitted.
My question is, does this mean I’m admitted and they’re just getting some info for my financial package? Because if I were regected, I don’t think they would bother getting my award together(unless they just get all applications and financial packages set for all applicants before they review them?)
I got the same email tonight. I’m playing it cautious for now. I submitted every form that they specified on their website, but the forms they ask in their email are transcripts of tax returns, rather than the forms themselves. It’s interesting, no doubt. It might fuel a dream of mine tonight, but I’m not putting any stock in it until I get firm word from there that I’m accepted.
