Does this mean that I got the Chancellor's scholarship?

<p>I an EFC of 0. Under my "Estimated Awards" section, it says under Chancellor's scholarship 5,000. My brother who has the same EFC does not have the Chancellor's scholarship. Does this mean that I got the Chancellor's scholarship?</p>

<p>And is Chancellor's better or regents?</p>

<p>The Chancellor's base value is better, but if you have a lower EFC, Regents' expands to meet your need.</p>
