Does this really mean I got accepted?

I'm a regular decision applicant, and on UGA status, it says

"Congratulations on your admission to the University of Georgia!
You may have already received your acceptance letter. Generally, it takes up to a week after we have made our decision for the full packet of acceptance materials to arrive by mail within the U.S. In your packet, make special note of any additional transcripts, deposits or other materials that are required to complete your admission. Please pay close attention to the information about Orientation, University Housing and the required health form included in your acceptance packet."

I didn't expect to get my acceptance this fast and I'm kind of confused!

Yes, congratulations!
