does transfer student really need to wait until may 1st?

<p>as you all can see, does transfer student really need to wait until may 1st? and some one side that engineering is no longer accept any student, is that true?</p>

<p>i found out i was accepted today on my VT app status, but i assume it’s just general admission into VT rather than into the engineering program. anyone know if it’s true that engineering isn’t accepting any transfers?</p>

<p>edit: also, my transfer credit evaluation isn’t done yet either, which further leads me to believe my acceptance was just into VT and not engineering.</p>

<p>it says they received my signed honor statement on 2/22, and they received my HS and college transcripts on 3/1</p>
