My SAT is 2040 but my super score is 2100 and I noticed UCLAs avg engineering SAT is 2160, which seems awfully high to me so I was wondering if they report the super score?
I know UCs claim they don’t superscore but I know the engineering admissions department is separate from the regular at UC
Haha, good question. I hope they do, but the UC’s as a whole say they only consider one sitting.
The first time i took it, my score was 750 CR, 700 M, 800 Writing- 2250
2nd time: 700 CR, 780 M, 750 Writing- 2230
From what I believe, they will consider only my 1st sitting, though the math is a lot lower. However, I would hope they super.
Random, but what are your stats?
As high as your scores are , i dont think it’ll matter whether they superscore. And I have the same problem as you with math. My higher composite score has a 50 point lower math score.
I have a 4.0 UW
4.55 10-11 GPA
UC GPA 4.36
7 APs/3 Honors.
For math I took:
Alg1
Geometry
Alg 2
AP Stats
Math Analysis
Finite Math
AP Calc AB
Thats all the math offered at my school
Wow that gpa though; Your gpa will likely compensate for your SAT. Did you take subject tests? That could may very well tip the balance to one side or the other.
Ucla engineering considers your highest overall sitting. They don’t super score. Engineering admissions is the toughest.
