Does UCLA have a supplement to the UC app?

<p>I know it is kind of late in the game to ask this qs. but does UCLA have a supplement to the UC app? I heard this from a friend today and I dont remember coming across anything like that ...</p>

<p>I've never heard of a "supplement," but the top UCs are known for requesting midyear reports, even recs I think, if you are a borderline applicant.</p>
