Does UIUC offer early decision or early action?

Does UIUC offer early decision or early action?

if they do, when is the deadline for the application??

No, there is only rolling admissions. Very strong or weak applicants should hear soon after applying, while everyone in the middle will take longer to hear a decision.

No No...UIUC does not have rolling admissions last time i checked.
They have two notifications dates - Dec 15th and Feb 15th with different application deadlines.
But i dunno if theres any statistical advantage in aplying for the december notificationdeadline

Early action, no rolling. Last year (er, this year) notification dates were Dec. 15 and Feb. 15, with deadlines of Oct. 15 and Jan. 1.

It is a form of early action although UIUC calls it a priority date application. If you apply by a designated date (last year November 10 and likely close to the same this year), you get a response on Dec 15 that you are admitted, denied, or deferred to after all applications are in. The second notification date is usually Feb 15 after all applications are in. There is some advantage to applying for the early notice date. The individual colleges differ on how they treat the priority date -- A&S admits a majority of those it will admit on the priority date, business admits only a minority and likes to wait to admit most after all apps are in; engineering is somewhere in between those two.
