<p>I believe the large majority of universities will NOT ask for proof of your extracurriculars. I don’t think you will need a certification for colleges to consider your church service.</p>
<p>its honor system, college’s don’t verify your ECs unless they notice something conflicting (eg two kids from one school claiming to be president of NHS- it happened at my school once, colleges called my school to verify which one was telling the truth) or very unlikely.</p>
