<p>The Common app lists the requirements for each school. I think that UoP does require a personal recommendation from a teacher and the first semester (senior) transcript. They also absolutely require a final transcript by June 15 after acceptance or they can revoke your acceptance.
Check the common app, there’s a section for note of unfulfilled requirements.</p>
<p>UoP allows up to 2 teacher recommendations. According to the admission counselors there, 2 recommendations are important.</p>
