Cuz I have mail all my transcripts to them before feb 1 and they received them on feb 3 according to my tracking number. Then they inform me that they somehow still missing my transcript and I have to mail them immediately. So two weeks ago, I drove to the admission office and give them another envelopes of my transcripts, and that lady in the front desk said it would definitely be processed in two weeks. So today which is more than 2 weeks after I drove to the admission office and i receive another notice that my transcripts are still missing and this will be my final notice, if i don't submit immediately, they would wish me a good luck. So has any USC applicant experience the same thing like me. What should I do? Does USC admission office opens during the spring break? If after spring break, will that be too late? And wy should this have happened? Thank you

The best thing to do is to fax all your documents; it is faster. I sent certain documents my mail and I regret doing it because they sent me that letter as well. So, now Im faxing them again.

So I have to reorder my transcriptsd again after spring break, will then be too late?

Give them a call asap. They said they were missing two of my transcripts so I called them. The woman said they had all my transcripts and changed the status of my documents. I doubt you need to send any more.

Show them the proof that you actually/mailed/delivered/faxed your documents and it should not be a problem, just explain to them what happened, it is not your problem.

Ya, I called the admission office and the woman said they had all my transcipts and would updated my document status. Thanks a lot!
