Ok, I know the title sounds stupid. But for some reason, I remember reading somewhere that Villanova does not reject any EA applicants. I found out today I got deferred (I was extremely happy lol because I expected a rejection). But now I'm wondering, are they actually "still wondering" about me, or they just defer everyone they don't like?

Villanova does admit students EA although, as it states, the ones it does usually are on the high end of its usual admission stats, see [Early Action | Villanova University](http://www1.villanova.edu/villanova/admission/overview/undergrad/action.html) Being deferred is not death but you are now just like any regular admission candidate.

I know they accept people. I was asking if they rejected anyone. I’m actually very content being deferred lol. They said in their letter that most of the freshman class was chosen from the Regular Decision pool anyway.

To answer your question they don’t flat-out reject anyone. Keep your head up and good luck in the RD pool

so I logged in this morning at 5am there was a huge congratulations banner and a video from the president of Villanova began playing congratulating me on my acceptance. When I went back to log on to show my mom, everything was gone. The screen was blank…I didnt even see the stuff that had been on there immediately after I applied ie checklist, my SAT scores, address etc. What the heck??
