<p>I heard that if you live in NorCal you have a higher chance of getting into UCBerkeley and if you live in SoCal you have a higher chance of getting into UCLA? I live in Norcal and a lot of students who graduated last year got into UCB but not UCLA. So does where you live really affect your chances at UCB/ucla</p>
