I entered in the wrong date of my California Residency status. I was born here but I moved to Thailand for 6 years and I returned in 2001. Being the person I am, I put in 2001 instead of when I was born of my CA residency.

and I already turned in my app the 2 days ago…

What should I do, I tried calling the office but no one is picking up. Do I write a letter to each of the colleges to inform them? I’m very paranoid right now, any advice would be MUCH appreciated! :(

once you receive your packet in the mail you will be able to mail them a correction, at least that's what they told me O_o

If your parents were paying taxes (or owned a home) in California during your stay in Thailand, then you should put your birth date, but if they were not then your residency determination date is 2001 as residency is determined by being/living in the state at least 1 year + 1 day before the start of your first semester. In your case, it doesn't matter which date is on there as you would be considered a California resident either way.

Yeah, I don't see how it would effect your status as a resident or admissions overall no matter what date you put in.

There are directions for mailing corrections if you go and log into your account on the Pathways site. I would mail the correct dates, but don't freak out in the meantime.
