How do they know if you go to the next section?
How do they know if anybody disregards the notification:

--STOP
If you finish before time is called, you may check your work on this section only. Do not turn to any other section in the test.--

Why don't they just hand out the sections individually instead of all of them at once if they don't want this to happen? Or is there another way they prevent people from skipping ahead, going back and/or doing all the writting in one go, all the math in one go and then all the reading together?

There is someone there (can’t remember what the are called… Instructors?) who instructs you when to go to the next section.

That someone will be watching for people who try to cheat.

I think they did that because it would be very inconvenient and might have some mix ups (aka. give wrong CR section, ect).

Well, if you did Math first, then of course Math score would be the highest since you had a lot of energy at the beginning. Similarly if you did Math last, you would have very little energy left and so math score would be the lowest (theoretically). Same goes for the CR and Writing. The College Board did that for variation.

First of all, don’t even attempt this. The exam proctors (unless you get a very lazy proctor) constantly walk around the room and check whether everyone is doing what they’re supposed to do. If you are caught working on the wrong section, your test will be cancelled.
