Don't know what to take.

Just for quick background information; I am currently a “Biology” major at a community college in hopes to transfer to UCLA. I had a a talk with my counselor, and she suggested that I take some summer classes in order to transfer faster. I am wondering what are some classes that are easier than others that I can take during summer. P.S I want “A’s” in all of them.

Take whatever you need to complete IGETC. But if you’ve finished the IGETC or you don’t need to do it, visit assist.org and see what classes you can take at your community college that will transfer for your major requirements.

As another thing to think about, you could take a class that isn’t necessarily the easiest and only take that class. The class would be more intense in the summer, but that would allow you to focus on that one class and get it over with while you’re not worrying about other classes. If you need another class for financial aid purposes or just for units, then have a much easier class in addition to the harder class.

Thanks for all the advice. I found out there there is a general chemistry 2 course that is offered during summer. The class will last all of summer so it should not be too bad.
