Don't want to major in math/ science in college?

Happy new year!
I didn't take math or science the first semester because I had a newspaper internship and all other classes was required (Honors Art, AP English, AP Micro, Honors Spanish). Should I explain to the colleges that I wanted to pursue humanities/ social science in college and what I did in my internship? Do you think the fact that I didn't take any math and science this year will hurt me (although I've already had 4 units for each)?
Second, I've just got my schedule changed. Should I notify the collges? I'm taking 8 classes this semester compared to 4 classes last, but still there's no math and science elective (school doesnt offer). Below is my schedule:
AP Macro
Health (required)
PE (required)
Literary Genre
Honor Spanish
Honor Chinese
Honor/ Special history class on World War
AP English?

I wouldn’t know whether you should send colleges an updated schedule, but if you’ve completed your required math and science, then no problem, you’re taking a rigorous list of classes and pursuing your interests.

I’m applying to the Ivies…
My school doesn’t send an updated schedule.
