dorms, food, and free time?

I'm posting this on a couple different college forums:

Just wondering, how many hours of class does the typical Harvard lowerclassman have? I know it differs from person to person, and people also have other committments, but not counting extracurriculars, what are a Harvard student's hours.

If one answer really can't be given, can we get a few examples?

Also how would you rate your different dorms (location, architechture, room size, bathrooms, etc)?

On a scale of 1-10 (1 being terrible, and 10 awesome), how would you rate your schools' food? In other words, do you think it needs major improvement, it's satisfactory, or it's pretty good (for a dining hall, of course)

Thanks! :)

Having eaten Harvard food, and knowing quite a few Harvard students (as well as MIT students who eat at Harvard 200 days a year), I can certify it (word trademarked by Samuel L Jackson) awesome.

my son didn’t mind the food in Annenberg. He liked many of the selections. He said there was always a good variety of choices. His favorite was the Chickwich sandwiches. ha ha! go figure :)

10+ Super Awesome Food Choices. (It is usual to bond over
pseudo-complaints about food though ;))

You will find Harvard students typically not rating Harvard
freshman dorms. The first year experience is truly
based on your peers and those in my opinion are awesome.

Most freshmen are enrolled in ~ 12 hrs in freshman year (4 courses/sem * ~3 hrs each);
Some diehards increase the number of courses in spring to 5.
