Dorms

Stuff with chocolate = best friends. Silly String = friends for life (not food, I know, but more fun than can be described without the help of powerful computers, though I was not loved by dorm parent/advisor).

Thanks. I’ll get a bunch of hershey’s and other delicious stuff. Maybe nutella.

PB&Co Dark Chocolate Dreams is outrageously delicious.

I love chocolate. Do not trust me with chocolate. If I am your future roommate, beware!! :P

“Chocolate” is marvelously similar to “Choate.”

Stressed spelled backwards is “desserts”.

@cmark5‌ - checking with DS to see what appliances are available in the EHS common area kitchens. It may vary from dorm to dorm. I know only mini fridges are allowed in senior rooms. That’s it. Anything with a heating element is prohibited in all dorm rooms.

We periodically send care packages that containing 4-5 dozen brownies made with Ghirardelli Chocolate mix. Suffice it to say, DS has many friends, and when we visit, we are treated well by the boys.

@cmark5‌ - Episcopal dorms do not have full kitchens. The common area kitchen area contains a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and sink. In the fall and spring, students do utilize outside grills for cookouts.

i70sband- Great, thank you so much for your help! I just wanted to make sure that they at least had fridge/sink, since I wouldn’t use a stove or oven anyways.

In my experience, most every dorm will have a sink, microwave, and refrigerator in their commons.
