<p>Brown College is a high rise with hall bathrooms. The layout is such that all the rooms are on the outside of the building. The bathrooms and elevators are in the center of the building. The bathrooms are separated from the bedrooms by a hall on each side. At the ends there are small alcoves that are common rooms and that connect the two halls. There is also a connecting hall at the elevators. There are one or two singles on each floor, usually reserved for upperclassmen. Everybody else has a double. The rooms are pretty nice, though. Carpeted with A/C, and a full bank of windows at one end. Under the windows is a window seat that has storage with cabinet doors. There are built-in desks with shelves on either side of the window seat. There are also small closets.</p>
