<p>Ok , when i emailed the psu adcom on what they do w.electives, this is what she responded.
We ask
that
the GPA be reported to us on a 4 point scale. If a counselor does not
do
that, we use the grading scale reported by the school and convert it
into a
4 point scale ourselves. We use all classes in that GPA.
