double major ECE & Biomed, which is better?

I'm choosing between
1. University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (I'm oos student)
2. Carnegie Mellon
3. Cornell
4. Northwestern
5. RPI

Which is the best if I want to double major in ECE and biomed >_<?

I know there's a lot of factors that should be considered, not only ranking. (such as urban/rural, internship, prestigious, teaching style (practical/analytic), and financial aid... etc) If considering only the ranking then UIUC's the best among them, but my family is a low-income family, so we probably couldn't support oos tuition. Can anyone give me some suggestions?

I want to say that I'm an urban prefer person, and I'm a pretty analytical person.

and I know UIUC’s oos financial aid sucks… :(

Have you gotten financial aid offers? If so, what is the net cost after non-loan financial aid for each school?

It may be tough to fit in a double major of electrical and computer engineering and biomedical engineering.

Haven’t gotten financial aid from UIUC. Carnegie Mellon, about 8k$ net-cost after non-loan fin-aid; cornell net cost 0$; northwestern net cost about 5k$. I haven’t been admitted to RPI, but I guess it’s highly possible. CMU has a program that supports students to double major in ECE and BE
