<p>Is that possible?</p>

<p>I am a LA major starting UT 09-10. I want to internally transfer to get into the Communications college. I want to double major to have a chance in the business world as well, but I am also very interested in film.</p>

<p>What GPA do you think I would need to get into Communications? I heard it relatively competitive, but not as bad as McCombs. I then want to go beyond undergrad and get a MBA in California somewhere...</p>

<p>would it be way to much to have a double major and minor in Business??</p>

<p>Yeah, for sure. I don’t think Comm’s transfer requirements are that bad at all. Most of the area requirements are going to overlap, and then COLA majors usually don’t take that much extra work. I’m in Plan II and another liberal arts majors and about half of the major requirements overlap one another.</p>

<p>You can’t really minor in business, but you can take the Business Foundations courses and that’s almost the same thing. I’ve heard mixed reports about how useful this is though.</p>
