Double major or major/minor at Rice?

I've been accepted to Rice, but I'm unsure what to major and minor in.
I enjoy languages, and I'm pre-med, so I can have:

1) Bio and Hispanic studies double major
2) Hispanic studies major/Bio minor
3) Bio major/ Spanish minor

I want to be able to complete my requirements on time and with relative ease (I say relative because...it's Rice.)
What should I do to graduate on time, keep a good GPA for grad school, and complete without too much hassle and stress?

Thanks!

Here’s what I will say. Being a pre-med is unpleasant and frustrating, and many change their minds in the first year to doing something else. Focus on being a pre-med first, and do well–see if you are willing to continue with it. Then, choose another major or minor later, once you see if you can handle being a pre-med and also another major.

I recommend doing some major that isn’t science because it will be hard to be something like BioE, BioChem and pre-med, very hard.
