Are you allowed to double major with a minor at Northeastern? For instance: major in engineering, a language, and minor in business.

Would that be technically allowed? Probably.
Would it actually happen? I highly doubt it.
Why? Engineering is one of the most restrictive majors. That’s not just at Northeastern; that’s anywhere. Engineering accreditation has very strict requirements that universities must meet. That doesn’t leave a lot of room for electives, let alone a second major AND a minor, none of which have any overlap with each other at all. If you come in with a lot of credit (up to 32 credits), you can gain more flexibility, but not enough to do all of that in 8 semesters. You could do extra semesters to fit it all in, but that gets really expensive fast, and I don’t think it would be worth it.

My question would be why you want to do this. If you want the language major because you are interested in the international side of things and are passionate about a language, consider doing international co-ops with your engineering degree, for example. The best path depends a lot on what really interests you and why.
