I've heard that double majoring wont increase my chances of getting into a good med school. is that true? i'm thinking about majoring in bio. i'm not sure about my second major. maybe environmental science? also, will it be very difficult to double major in bio and another major? is biology a hard major?

Kids who double major or major/minors are doing so because of great interest not because of getting better chances. If you do not have passion for other staff, why bother? It will be source of frustration instead of joy and relaxation as it should be. For example, pre-meds with Music minor, absolutely love their Music classes and would feel deprived if they do not have chances of taking them.
