Double majoring at Penn?

So I've been accepted to CAS at Penn and I was wondering how difficult it is to double major there. The BBB major seems perfect for me, but I don't think I want to do science for the rest of my life, so I would want to major in economics as well. Is this feasible?

In an unrelated question, one of my friends was accepted to the engineering school at Penn. He maintains that if he has a high enough gpa he can double major through Wharton and the engineering school. As I understood it, you can only major in one school, and the dual degree programs such as Jerome Fisher are the only way to major in two schools.

Thank you for your help.

Dual Degree

Penn is very flexible. One can do dual, joint or submatriculation. I personally did submatric and got a masters at same time.
