double majoring in compE and econ feasible?

^I think it depends on the student. Can’t speak for Eng except to say my son’s friends appear to be quite busy. However, I can say my son is/was a dual degree admit (between School of Music and LSA program) and has found scheduling between the two schools very challenging and not achievable in 4 years. His music degree, however, is BFA, which has many more specified courses and far fewer electives than a normal degree.
Some of his cohorts in his program are pursuing a dual eng and music tech bs degree. According to the school of music handbook, any dual degrees between SOM in a BMUS with ENG, for example, typically take 5 years.
Again, different criteria, since BMUS has a very specific sequence of degree requirements and often an 18-credit + courseload as a result of same.

Just hoping to give you a feel for it. I’d personally count on 5 years unless there were a boatload of APs coming in that actually fulfilled anything. Hope that helps.
