double majoring

ok so i'm sort of stuck. i know what i want out of a career,i'm just not sure how to get there. i'm an anthropology major or will be after i transfer from the community college im currently enrolled in. i have had a 3 year break from college and i'm so ready to go back.
i'm very passionate about the study of other cultures. i love to meet new people and experience their way of doing things. i embrace change. its funny i grew up in a military family and we did move around alot. i have never lived anywhere longer than 4 years and i've been living in virginia since december 2004 when i moved here to get married and i'm starting to feel like it's time to move on. anthropology is an excellent choice for me and my husband has caught the fever. he has started a film production company along with his best friend and he is encompassing my interests in anthropology through film documentaries. which is one my career goals as im minoring in film studies.
i not only want to study anthropology but history as well...ancient history( ancient greece and rome). it would be a very specialized area of study. so a double major in anthropology and classics would serve me well under certain circumstances. but i also don't want to be confined to one culture or region.
so if i don't want to be limited in my cultural research anthropology and history would be a good choice
help! are there actually jobs for anthropologists who study cultural history as well as the present? i'm not afraid to open up a whole new range of research, but i'm wondering what it would take to do that...
so in short i need lots of advice on double majoring, as well as the best choices for me anthropology and history.... anthropology and classics....or even if you have different suggestions...please i have so many questions and there are just not enough answers!
thanks!
p.s. im pretty sure i know which school i'd like to transfer to: university of texas at san antonio some info about that school would be great too!

You could be a professor of anthropology.
