Hello, I applied to Rowan on September 20th, and it was downloaded today. I looked at old forums and apps were always downloaded in mid December. Does this mean we will hear from Rowan earlier this year?
Unlikely, but we can hope! Have you done a tour? What is your major? I have two kids there and they love it!
I went for a visit for my second son recently, what a beautiful school. Very nice and I think it’s currently his first choice even though I’d prefer he go with his older brother to RPI, would make the travel so much easier for us during the holidays and breaks.
how did you find out that your ‘application’ was ‘downloaded today’? There does not seem to be any status pages?
On commonapp click the Dashboard and then click on the school you applied for and a dropdown will open up with a ‘Status’ tab. You will then see a ‘Downloaded’ with a date next to the application! 
@reformedman: Sometimes, when the opponent thwarts your double-team zone with a spread offense, you gotta go man-to-man.

I know a lot of kids with really good stats that haven’t heard back yet, don’t worry.
My son and a few others on this forum have been accepted for engineering already, but if you look at the stats, they’re all over 1400 SAT and very high gpa’s, so I’m guessing they start accepting those applicants earlier? Also, maybe it depends what school you apply to? Maybe engineering is faster? Good luck!
