Really? Other people were having the same issue until I changed the group setting…I have an idea! Why don’t you add me on Facebook and then I’ll add you to the group? I’ll PM you now :)

VILLANOVA OR DREXEL? I can’t decide!

Nova is the way to go.

Yeah, sjshah, Nova seems to have an undergrad experience that’s lively and full of school spirit. All my friends love it there, and obviously they’re getting a solid education there too.

Boarderkid are you planning on going to Nova in the fall?

No, most likely I’ll be attending Rosemont. What about you?

I will most likely be going to Villanova.

I got into rosemont’s early assurance program! anyone accepted in this 8 year program??

@archi2, do you think you’re going? I’m in the 7, not the 8 year program though.

yeah i’m most likely going i’m just a little nervous because its not fully guaranteed even if the requirements are met

Anybody visiting Drexel for the Accepted Student Day?

sjshah,
Congratulation! My D is also interested in Drexel BS/MD next year. Best of the luck with you at Drexel!

musicandmed,
Congratulation to your acceptance into Nova, Drexel & Rosemont to Drexel Med! My D is also interested in Nova, Lehigh Drexel with Drexel MD. Just wonder I saw some earlier post stating that Drexel Med determines which ug you go, it’s not the case in your situation though. Just wonder how the ug works in the Drexel BS/MD program? In your case, Drexel doesn’t determine which ug you must go? Also does Drexel giving free tuition ug for NM Finalist if accepted into BS/MD?

Congratulations to all Drexel BS/MDs! Is there a thread that I can see you stats?

Thanks!

hey everyone,
I have my interview for Drexel/Drexel next week… what do I wear? do I need like a pantsuit/skirtsuit or just “business casual” and if so what is business casual for a girl??

Hi,
I am a freshman in high school right now. I am very interested in becoming a doctor and cannot think of any other job that would better suit me. I am extremely interested in getting into the drexel 3+4 or 4+4 BA/BS/MD program as well. I am only a freshman now and have a long way to go before applying, so I was wondering what were the stats of some people who got accepted into the program? Also, any kind of advice for admissions or ECs and classes during high school would be greatly appreciated!!
The data and statistics can be found on the undergrad sites for each respective program. Please look through those first.
Does anyone mind posting information about the Drexel COM interview? I have one coming up and am getting worried as this is my first interview with a med school. Do I need to know about healthcare and current events in medicine or is the interview focused more around me and my interests and reasoning for becoming a doctor? Is there a writing portion (like ug’s applying to Drexel have) or anything similar to that in the interview or is it all verbal? Thanks!
@randombowss I have the interview coming up on February 19th as well, and I am interested in the same information… Can anyone share insight into how the process on itnerview day/the schedule works?
I do not want to give you an unfair advantage over others. All I will say is that every interviewer has his or her own way of doing research and I would really recommend that you prepare for all the basic questions.
It may, depending on your interviewer, be necessary to prepare for healthcare questions…but that’s the case for any med school interview
