Drink 5 hour energy drink before test?

<p>Have anyone done this before? Last time I took the ACT with only a breakfast, I literally fell asleep during the reading portion and ended up getting 21 -_- I couldn't focus at the passages AT ALL!!</p>

<p>I would think getting a good nights rest, eating a slightly larger than average dinner beforehand and a slightly smaller breakfast would be ideal.</p>

<p>You don’t want to go in with less than 7-9 hours of sleep, unless you normally operate on less (which is unhealthy). But you don’t want to sleep more than 9 hours, then you’ll just feel groggy</p>
