I'm a community college student, and I was accepted to and decided to attend the University of La Verne. On my common application, I was required to list the classes I was currently enrolled in. However, I dropped one of the classes - is this something I can let slide, or should I call the admissions office and report it? Which I might do, either way!

I would let the admissions office know just so you don’t hit a snag later if they catch it. But usually, I think they are pretty understanding if you have a good reason. Better safe than sorry!

Better safe than sorry is certainly a lesson you don’t want to follow due to experience. Something like this I would definitely let them know.

Yes, I understand. I just emailed the school, and will call the office on Monday. Thanks for your input!
