I haven’t sent my letters telling the UC’s that I dropped a class yet but it’s so close to March. Will my sending it now cause a delay in the admissions decisions? I am worried that it will complicate things and it will take longer for me to find out.

anyone please?

Definitely send it. It can only hurt you if you don't when they find out after you send them your last transcript.

Ok. I have found where I can mail/e-mail the admissions of the UC's I applied to except for UC San Diego. It doesn't seem to say anywhere on its website where I can mail/e-mail them to inform a chnage in my schedule. Does anyone know what I am supposed to do to tell UCSD that I dropped a class? help

Can't find where to send for UCSC either. Didn't they let you inform them online in their website? I can't find it anymore though. Please help

I just emailed them, make sure to put your application id number and any campus specific usernames. did you drop a class mid-semester? or did you just have a change in schedule?

Some websites say to mail them signed letters though, like UC Berkeley. I dropped Computer Programming Class. I said I was planning on taking it this semester but I dropped it. Anyone know where to mail it to? Or is it ok to e-mail them?

bump. I got into UCSC. Do I still need to tell them? Still looking for how to contact UCSD and Cal Poly and I guess UCSC. Anyone?

bump. anyone?

I sent out mine 1 day before the results (UCI, UCSC) came out. I sent letters explaining why I changed classes through mail with certificates of mailing, in case they get lost. I would just send it just in case, its only a stamp and a buck if u want proof that u mailed it.

I e-mailed mine to UCSB. They wrote back and asked for all fall grades and a full spring schedule.

Really? I emailed UCSB also but I didn't get any reply. How long did it take them to reply? I emailed UCLA, UCSB, and UCD around March 1 but they haven't replied. Should I email them again?

Spare me the trouble of digging around their cryptic and vague sites.

Please list the emails for every UC individually that I should mail my drop info.

ABC- Yeah, email I again. I got response same day. admissions@sa.ucsb.edu

ucsbheart: what did u say in the first e-mail? Did you only say that you had a change in classes? In my e-mail I told them that I am not taking computer class which was listed as a planned course.

ABC- I just said that I had dropped one class and added another. They wrote back, asked for all fall grades and a full list of spring courses. Then, same day, I received a note saying they would add the information to my application. Good luck!
