Dropped out from a non-US University and Now transferring from CC - Is it required to include the transcript for the previous university?

Hi guys, so in the UC Application system if I list a previous university I have attended it’s required to put in the GPA and courses you’ve taken, however I’ve dropped out of the school and it’s hard to request a transcript from them now - I also didn’t keep a physical copy of the last transcript I had acquired before I left. I do not plan to transfer the courses I took there into credits at UC cause the system is really different and I had a different major back then and I mostly took major-focused courses in my first two years. In this case, is it okay for me to leave out the school in my educational background so that I don’t have to put in the course details? Thanks.

yes, you must include official transcripts from all schools you have attended even if the credit is non-transferable. contact the school and obtain the transcript ****

Hey, thanks so much! Any idea if the transcript arrives late I can still add to/adjust the application by any chance?

You won’t be adding the transcript to your application.

Just follow the College’s instructions for having your transcripts submitted. Schools do not accepted official transcripts submitted by students. They will have to come from the college. Your application will be incomplete until all documents are received.

For UC, you must self-report all college and university courses at all colleges and universities previously attended. (It is best to have a copy of the transcript to refer to when self-reporting your academic record into the UC application.)

When asked for transcripts (typically at matriculation), you must have them sent from all colleges and universities previously attended.
