Dropping subjects

Hi. On my application to stanford, i said i was taking courses in 4 subjects. I was accepted. Only I'm a little worried, because last month i dropped one of my subjects, because i was having some trouble coping with the workload. I didn't inform stanford before they made the decision. Any chance they will rescind my offer because of this change in my academic program?

I would probably call admissions and tell them of your situation and how it will affect your application, and if there are any negative effects, are there any possible resolutions for it.

Either way, something might happen.

The acceptance letter clearly states that you have to notify them of any potential changes of schedule (before making the change...). Maybe you could get away with 'not knowing' about it, since you dropped the class before getting that letter. But you should call and talk to the admissions office to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

Thanks. I emailed the admissions office and they said it was cool
