I’m currently applying for a F1 VISA by filling first the DS-160 form, and I still have some questions about it. Knowing that I’m from France and I’m going to the US for a 3 month program.
1- The “lengths of stay” is it regarding the length of my program or can I add the few days before the start date and few days after the final day (meaning that I have to come in the US before, for preparing myself and leave the country a few days after the final day for taking the time packing my stuff and all that ?
2- For the US point of contact information, can I use the school information ?
3- For my former employer’s name, can I use the name of the company ?
4- To the question “Have you belonged to, contribute to or worked for any professional, social or charitable organization ?”, If I belong to non professional drama group as an actor, do I have to mention it ?
5- Finally, What is the “program number” in the SEVIS section ?
