<p>Just had a fabulous workshop weekend with the Dallas Summer Musical and the faculty from Texas State University Musical Theatre Department. It was immensely valuable for both my daughter and myself to experience the whole audition process and get feedback from major regional universities. She received individual and specific suggestions.<br>
To be honest, my daughter is more interested in the acting programs, but we aren't aware of any workshops of this caliber for that specific degree. This workshop gave her opportunity to experience a college audition without the pressure of it being "all or nothing". All in the most comfortable and affirming environment.<br>
Hats off to TSU 's Kaitlin, Jim, Michael and Cassie for your invaluable information. And many thanks to Tracey Jordan and all the DSM staff for providing a fabulous venue and coordination. Wow, so many details! and you handled them all with grace and smiles. Thank you!</p>
