Are there any current students on here that are DSoc majors or have friends that are DSoc majors?

I know of someone that transfered in as a DSoc major. It’s in CALS and has a different focus than the more theoretical Sociology major in A&S. There’s some attention toward environmental concerns; and you would get a BS rather than a BA.

Lol thanks, but I’m already a DSoc major. I was just wondering which methods course would be easier to take, DSoc 3130 or DSoc 3140. I’m also interested in minoring in education and PAM, and would like to study abroad junior year fall semester. Do you think this is possible? I’m going into my second semester of freshman year.

The education minor only requires 5 classes, some of which are crosslisted with other departments and may even count towards your major, so it’s not too difficult. I think you can handle it, but I’m not sure of the CALS distribution requirements.
