Dual Enrollment Admissions help??

My junior year I enrolled in a dual enrollment program at my local community college. The way it works I take 3 high school classes there (with the other students in the program) and then 3+ college classes there (my choice how many I take, but at least three). I am not completely concerned about all of them transferring or not. I really hope they do to wherever I go, but I am more concerned that the classes I took as dual credit will be accepted by the colleges as fulfilling my high school requirements. Most of my high school requirements come from my actual high school honors classes, but some (a year of science and math, and a semester of english and government) were taken as college classes and are supposed to count as high school and college credit. My counselor said it will all work, and many kids in the program do the same (with some variation in classes). Call me paranoid, but because I don’t plan on staying in state (or even on my half of the country), I am concerned OOS schools will not see me as having actually graduated. I have a 4.0/4.7 and some of the schools I want to apply to are competitive, though the only Ivy is the Columbia/Sciences Po program, but I consider that my long shot school. I’ll be a senior this fall.

If anyone has specific information, here is my current list:
NYU
Penn State University
U Michigan
George Washington University
Georgetown
Columbia/Sciences Po
Boston University
Northeastern

Yes, you are being paranoid. The colleges will use the word of the HS to make sure your HS requirements are fulfilled. Relax. Breathe. They have this under control.
