Dual-Resident?

Greetings everyone,

Because I live overseas, and have lived most of my life outside the United States, it appears that I have two congressional regions to choose from. (Those of you guys that are wondering... we own a house in Virginia, and my grandfather, who happens to live in California recently passed away.. so we now own property there too)

I have two regions to choose from... CA, or VA. Which one should I take? Thanks everyone.

If your parent(s) are military - they have a legal address here in the States, which is where they would be registered to vote. Use that address.

If they are ex-pats- that could be different. They could still have a legal address here and if they are registered to vote that may be the congressional district you would use.

If your parents have different legal addresses or are registered to vote in different congressional districts - I don't know what you would do!
Call Admissions I think they can really help in tricky situations.

Property ownership has nothing to do with residency.

Both of my California and Virginia Senators/Congressman have already accepted me to compete in their pool. Do I still have to talk to admissions? Now it just seems that I have to decide which of the two states I should choose from.
