I have $48 in class fees, and then I realize I charged myself $20 because I was indecisive in taking a class for letter grade or P/NP. I didn't know it costs $5 to switch it every time.

Also, there's a 2.75% transaction fee if I pay by credit card, and they're also charging me $1.87 to MAKE a payment?!?! The heck?!

When and why the hell did this happen? I thought Bruinbill was just an updated version of BAR. I didn't have to go through this garbage the past 3 years.

I don’t think 2.75% credit card fee is a Bruinbill thing, it’s just because it was costing UCLA tons of money process those payments. Can’t blame them - that money should go to UCLA and not some banks. Just use an ACH transaction to pay. This change was announced during the summer (they sent out an email).

I don’t know if the $5 fee for changing grading basis is new.

^ i was annoyed by the Visa thing too. I just go to murphy and pay in cash now (although that might be hard, and awkward, if you have to pay thousands of dollars in fees lol.)
