<p>The heavy traffic notice is what shows up if it takes more than a second or two for the page to load. It basically shows up after you login and before the checklist.</p>

<p>Well if people are thinking decisions are going to be released on the 13th this year (I hope its earlier than that lol), then I’m guessing we should be getting emails sometime this week… right?</p>
