I’m very interested in entering the medical field, so I was wondering how each of the med programs of these universities stack up against each other.
I’m a high school junior in AP classes, in the top 10 percent of my class, with a 4.6 GPA and on my varsity track team as well as a volunteer for AFSP. My home state is South Carolina.
I was wondering if any one knew the likelihood of getting into any of these schools with my stats on at least a partial scholarship. I was also wondering about the pros and cons of each, student body diversity, the feel of the campus, and the cities near each campus.
No test scores?
I take my SATs and ACTs in May and June, I’ve only taken a mock SAT with my school so far, and scored a 1400 out of 1600.

I’ve also learned that Duke’s med school offers a dual degree program in which you can pursue two masters degrees at the same time. Has anyone tried this route and was it worth it?
Without almost a perfect test score and extreme course rigor and something that makes you stand out you most likely won’t get into a hyper competitive Med program out of HS
