No idea, looking at last year’s thread it was May 8th. I assume it’ll be around there, definitely before May 15th.

Computer Science major. Currently a freshman.
I applied as an incoming junior for physics.
Does Duke have an application status portal? I think they said they communicate primarily by email, but they did give a link to a self-service page. I never received any credentials though.
You must have gotten email from siss-no-reply@duke.edu where they provide you with the portal account activation link.
Today I checked my portal and it says “You do not have any to-do’s at this time”, instead of the checklist there used to be. Is everyone getting the same message?
I don’t even have access to my portal. I resent a credentials request but got nothing. I guess I have to call them.

@eyo777 I emailed the admission office and they sent me an activation email.
@jquery I called them earlier today, and they tried resending it but it just won’t show up in my inbox. I wanted to give them a separate email address but they said they didn’t know how to change it in the system. Then their office closed before I could resolve things, so I have to call them again tomorrow. 
@eyo777 I activated according to their instructions but when I try to log in the username doesn’t work. I’m still contacting the IT department about it 
@jquery For me to change my email, they said I had to contact commonapp. Whaa…
Similar happened for to me for JHU, but they let me send them an alternative email just fine.
@eyo777 I’m really concerned because I’m worried about in case there are missing materials and it’s quite late now to resend them
@jquery Yeah, for sure. Is Duke your top choice? Are you applying to any other schools?
@eyo777 I called them today and it seemed they mixed up the email address I used for freshman application. I logged in successfully using the old email address and felt so grateful when I saw they have all of my materials.
I don’t have much preference over the 5 schools I’m applying to, and they are of similar selectivity, so I’ll be really happy if I can get in any one of them.
Got my portal. If everything’s completed, the to-do list should be empty, right?
@eyo777 Yes. If they have received everything, it must say “You do not have any to-do’s at this time”.
